Job Title: Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing intellectual property support to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth product launch. You will also provide insights in patent litigation and opposition to align with product strategy in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product development by providing timely IP inputs to relevant stakeholders (RA, R&D etc.)
  • Provide insights in patent litigation and opposition to align with product strategy
  • Undertake due diligence of products to apprise stakeholders about key patent rights
  • Identify new product opportunities for driving portfolio selection
  • Conduct patent search and file and prosecute patent applications
  • Lead due diligence activity for products of interest
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) preferably with a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law
  • 8 years of relevant experience for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or 6 years of relevant experience for Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
Additional Skills:
  • Relevant techno-legal experience with respect to regulated markets
  • In-depth knowledge of Patent laws of India, US and Europe
  • Eye for detail and acumen for Paragraph IV filings in USA
