
Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Main Tasks:
- e.g. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Presentation of travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional manner.
- Maintaining strong follow-up with potential clients for conversion purposes.
- Building long-term relationships with customers through excellent after-sales support.
- Collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Necessary Skills:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.
- Prior experience in travel sales/customer service/hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Familiarity with popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
