Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify areas for expansion, develop and maintain customer relationships, and negotiate sales agreements with existing and new customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and international tradeshows to promote our trademarks and products.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers, including resin producers.
  • Assist in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to gain potential customers' interest.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with the latest business policies and regulations.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Time and task management.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields. An MBA degree is highly desirable.
