
Business Development Contact Center Representative

This role entails working as a Customer Service Representative in India, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries with accuracy and professionalism
- Providing product and service information in a clear and concise manner
- Troubleshooting problems and escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Proficiency in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience in handling customer interactions and relationships with Customer Service Representatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory
- Relevant industry experience is advantageous, but not required
