Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • You will be responsible for communicating with guests through various channels to provide pre-arrival information and answer inquiries.
  • Efficiently responding to guest queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, and local attractions is also a key part of this role.
  • You will handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to relevant departments if necessary.
  • Closely coordinating with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details.
  • You will identify opportunities to upsell additional services and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
  • Promoting hotel loyalty programs, special offers, and packages to encourage guest participation is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with guests by demonstrating personalized service and attentiveness is essential.
  • Analyzing pre-arrival metrics to identify areas for improvement is also required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and professional information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
