
HR Talent Strategist

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be the driving force behind talent initiatives that fuel our success.
You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Accountable for delivering expert advice and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and addressing employee concerns.
- Manage complex C-level and other projects on behalf of the executive team.
- Develop best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
- Lead and build a professional HR organization.
- Manage organizational risk, governance, and compliance.
- Proactively anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio.
- Provides proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR-related tasks, benefits, sales, legal, and general admin matters.
- Build relationships with differing stakeholder groups and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate various tasks and implement system intelligence for client retention.
Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant work experience as an HR professional.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
