HR Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to assume a leadership role in the HR department. As a highly experienced professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business success.

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage employment applications, background checks, and offer stages with precision.
• Maintain accurate position tracking tools and update them in a timely manner.
• Research and explore new recruitment channels as needed.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to implement training needs and development plans.
• Ensure error-free payroll calculations and processing through accurate attendance management.
• Oversee exit procedures, including exit documents, process, and interviews.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer reviews, and performance discussions to maximize employee potential.
• Resolve conflicts, manage employee issues, and address grievances effectively.
• Foster a culture of participation by leading employee surveys according to global guidelines.

• Graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong recruiting skills: sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
• Compensation best practices: payroll, bonus system, allowances.

• Clear communication skills both verbally and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• High integrity and reliability; keen judgment and confidentiality.
• Action orientation, problem-solving, and results-driven.
