Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organization's vision and business objectives. This includes establishing effective Human Resources and Administration processes, managing talent acquisition and retention programs, performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and general administration support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with at least 20 years of experience, including 5 years at a managerial level. A sound knowledge of Indian employment ordinances and other statutory requirements is essential. Prior experience in Data Center/Telecom field with regional and HR department set up exposure is highly desirable.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent, driving diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance management systems that align with business goals, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness within the market.
  • Rewards and Incentives: Manage performance-based rewards, incentives, and other employee benefits programs.
  • Training and Development: Drive employee training and development programs that support career growth and skill enhancement.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and employment regulations, managing HR systems and processes, and analyzing current market trends to ensure the organization's competitiveness on process efficiency and ability to attract and retain top talent.
