Job Title: HR Business Partner

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, development, and retention.

About This Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve employee experiences.

  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain employees
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Perform performance management and training and development programs
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve conflicts
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance
  • Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Development
  • Proficiency in Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Leadership and Team Management Abilities
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the beverage or retail industry is a plus
