Job Title: HR Business Partner

This is an autonomous role where you will oversee end-to-end HR operations without direct team supervision.

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in fast-paced industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Mangalore or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
