Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee our HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

The successful candidate will have experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management, knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Handle recruitment and staffing strategies
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws

Requirements:

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Talent sourcing and recruitment experience is an advantage
