About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization. This role requires strong business acumen, advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement a people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Analyze and address change efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Evaluate reward programs for compliance, consistency, and alignment with company values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
