
Business Leader for Strategic Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our company's next phase of growth, driving expansion into new markets and industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Owning end-to-end P&L and value creation; setting strategy, translating into roadmaps, and delivering outcomes.
- Taking enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG—working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
- Driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure); building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
- Building a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
- Modernizing manufacturing: improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploying capex with IRR/ROI discipline.
- Leading digital/ERP transformation; institutionalizing data-driven governance (S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, vendor scorecards).
- Strengthening supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing.
- Establishing a performance culture—clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
- Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.
- Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
- Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management (banks, auditors, boards).
- People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
