
Strategic Business Growth Leader

As a key player in our organization's success, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bid process. This includes qualification, value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape and risk management.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of bids from qualification to contract award. Your entrepreneurial mindset and industry experience will be invaluable in driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Pre-sales: Ensure readiness of offers and project references.
- Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks.
- Support coordination and define action plans for major RFI/RFP.
- New business strategy and development: Support preparation of documents required for bids.
- Bid Management: Ensure group offers are best utilized and maximize value.
- Coordinate bid teams (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners).
- Quality check of offers and financial forms prior to review.
- Store information on CRM tool and organize offer reviews.
- Analyze risks and alert BU/Management as required.
- Transversal activities and capitalization: Issue KPIs and reporting to Management and Pre-Sales Head.
- Maintain adherence to bid process and alert if not respected.
