Talent Acquisition Manager

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the TA Head, Talent Acquisition and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
  • Responsible for volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • Develops overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company to meet planned client requirements and improve productivity.
  • Designs, plans, acquires headcount and forecasts talent needs.
  • Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager from approval of headcount to onboarding.
  • Drives several special projects/initiatives.
  • Ensures all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers.
  • Translates business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make decisions.
