
Human Capital Acquisition Specialist

We seek an accomplished Recruitment Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment roadmap that aligns with our growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in talent acquisition, able to proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques. They will also be responsible for maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. You should be able to negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective services.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for implementing effective candidate assessment methodologies, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate skills and cultural fit, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive employee induction and onboarding processes within tight timelines.
Implement New Hire Onboarding programs.
