Recruitment Strategist

We seek an accomplished Recruitment Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment roadmap that aligns with our growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in talent acquisition, able to proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques. They will also be responsible for maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. You should be able to negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective services.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for implementing effective candidate assessment methodologies, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate skills and cultural fit, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct industry research and implement best practices in recruitment.
  • Design and maintain recruitment dashboards for analysis and decision-making.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure consistency in communication and branding across all recruitment touchpoints.
Employer Branding and Positioning

Enhance our employer brand through social media, industry events, and campus initiatives.

Develop compelling employer branding materials, including job postings and employee testimonials.

  • Ensure consistency in communication and branding across all recruitment touchpoints.
Onboarding & Induction

Drive employee induction and onboarding processes within tight timelines.

Implement New Hire Onboarding programs.

  • Ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts.
