AVP – Human Resources Job Summary:

The AVP – Human Resources will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will have progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role, and will possess strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance.

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.\
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.\
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.\
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to business leaders and teams on HR-related matters.\
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.\
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for high-potential employees.\
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.\
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster healthy workplace relationships, handle grievances, and promote employee engagement.\
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.\

Qualifications:

  • Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role\
  • Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance\
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills\
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field\
