Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and auditing principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily finances, arranging Capex and working capital finance from banks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and consultants.
  • Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT, and TDS departments.
  • Maintain GST compliance, filing monthly GST returns, and ensuring TDS compliance.
  • Handle vendor payments, maintain banking relationships, and manage NEFT and RTGS transactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and its configuration.
  • Familiarity with Direct Tax Law, TDS, and auditing principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, able to drive financial growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
