Job Title: Chief Data Growth Officer

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of data management projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee multiple concurrent programs and ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.
  2. Define, implement, and enforce best practices and standards for data project execution.
  3. Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews.
  4. Ensure risk management, escalation protocols, and change control processes are in place and effective.
  5. Develop and implement data strategy that supports business goals and drives value.
  6. Design scalable and secure data architecture for data pipelines, warehousing, and processing systems.
  7. Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and cloud services to support data management initiatives.

  • Proven track record of delivering data management solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
