Job Description

As a talent delivery expert, you will be the operational leader for a key client's recruitment solution. You are responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement to understand their recruitment needs and drivers.
  • Ensure the onsite team consistently meets all internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and refine client processes and procedures; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement of contract performance KPIs and SLAs

• Client satisfaction scores and feedback

• Program budget management and performance

• Team and employee engagement scores

• Effective management of complex, fast-paced delivery metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 10-12+ years of experience in technology hiring.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role, preferably within an RPO or large-scale recruitment environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.

• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.

• Experience with process improvement, continuous improvement, or project management.

• Ability to work in a complex environment and navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and challenges.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and a client-centric focus.

• A positive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for driving results.
