Overview:
Our organization seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our recruitment processes and ensure the hiring of top talent. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce strategy and implementing effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies:
Create and execute recruitment plans that align with our business objectives and attract high-quality candidates.
Managing the Recruitment Process:
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
Building Relationships with Clients:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Leading the Recruitment Team:
Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Proven Experience:
At least 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a lead/manager role.
Excellent Analytical Skills:
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making abilities to drive strategic recruitment decisions.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
A Master's degree in Human Resource Development or related field is preferred.
International recruitment experience is also highly desirable.
