Groval Selectia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Professional - UPVC Industry to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the UPVC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Partner with window fabricators, builders, contractors, and architects to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.
Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
