HRIS Administrator and Business Analyst

Our team is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the administration and support of our HR Information System. This includes system configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will have experience as a SuccessFactors administrator and advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel. They will also have a strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
Key responsibilities include project managing during system implementations, documenting configuration processes, and leading UAT. The HRIS Manager will also provide end-user support, analyze HR functional business & system processes, and ensure data standards through automation.
In addition, the HRIS Manager will establish and maintain business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders. They will create and deliver training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
Requirements include a degree qualification or relevant experience, system testing, and collaboration with all levels of management and colleagues in other areas such as IT and Compliance.
