People Operations Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the center of our company's people experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and data accuracy, office admin, and cross-functional support.

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities and ensure a respectful and smooth transition.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination, strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, or interest in People, operations, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities in Your First 3 Months
  • Month 1: Learn systems, shadow onboarding & admin tasks.
  • Month 2: Own data accuracy, vendor coordination & support events.
  • Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, manage ops independently, and provide insights for process improvement.
