Job Overview

As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Your primary focus will be on maintaining office supplies, printing stocks, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, printing stocks, and place orders after negotiations;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, book meeting rooms, and coordinate vendors for program needs;
  • Negotiate the best rates for services, ensuring quality and efficiency;
  • Organize a filing system for confidential company documents and distribute correspondence;
  • Supervise junior staff, provide guidance, and support other teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant field experience preferred;
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills;
  • A keen eye for detail and integrity, along with professionalism.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: 30,000/- per month (based on experience) + 5000 Travel Reimbursement + 2000 Therapeutic Reimbursement + 5000 Annual Training Reimbursement;
