Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to stores and office, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a hygienic workplace.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive and organised approach to multitasking, strong customer focus and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS office.
- Travel within and outside Bangalore may be required.
- Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS.
- Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office.
- Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair.
- Oversee and coordinate events.
- Travel management.
- Inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
- Recommend cost saving options.
- Procuring/ renewal of admin related licenses and MIS.
- Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
