Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to our management team, working closely with them to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Organize and manage physical and electronic files, including records and documentation;
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, such as invoicing and spending monitoring;
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding promptly to emails and phone calls;
- Coordinate meeting and event planning, including agenda creation and minute taking;
- Perform general office chores, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
- Prioritize tasks effectively and operate under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and precision;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
