About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean office environment, and oversee general administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, including office supplies, correspondence, and financial transactions.
  • Support senior executives with scheduling, appointments, and other administrative duties.
  • Plan and organize team events, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality or travel.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
