About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a pivotal support role within the Projects Business team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in enabling sales functions, strengthening relationships with B2B stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Techno-sale Support: Provide techno-sale inputs to assist the sales team in achieving business objectives. Offer insights for developing sale aids that drive conversions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with multiple B2B stakeholders through targeted engagements and meetings. Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Business Support: Contribute to tasks extending beyond sales enablement, supporting broader business priorities and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of key business strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research)
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business support or sales coordination role, with exposure to B2B environments preferred. Desired exposure to marketing, including creating content and handling marketing initiatives.
  • Key Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
