Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Bhubaneswar, India.
Experience: At least 3+ years in LAP or Mortgage with a minimum of 3+ years mandatory experience as a Relationship/Sales Manager managing Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) for at least 3-4 years.
Salary: ₹600000 - ₹1000000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LAP market and competition, excellent financial acumen, and leadership skills to oversee a large team effectively.
- Oversee and manage the LAP and Mortgage business ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Present cases to senior management with comprehensive insights.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and new products.
- Analyze financial statements to inform business decisions.
- Drive distribution strategies for efficient market coverage.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous sales experience.
- Proven industry experience in LAP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand financials.
