Business Development Manager

At Hindustan Ports Private Limited, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of all Regulatory and Legal matters related to the Free Trade Warehousing Zones and the Business Unit.
The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in relation to Special Economic Zones Act and Rules. A basic understanding of corporate & business law is required, as well as excellent communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills. You will also need to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand commercial and financial drivers.
This position offers a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with external legal advisors/ counsel, managing external regulatory interactions, and coordinating with third-party vendors. You will also need to work closely with heads of BU's and cross-functional teams on day-to-day legal issues.
