Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Fostering strong relationships with new clients by understanding their organizational goals and challenges
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Meticulously tracking and managing sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems
  • Staying informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech & MBA (preferred)
  • Experience: Min 8-15+ years
  • Behavioural skills: Confident, collaborative, risk-taker, and go-getter attitude

About the Role:

  • This role involves primarily hunting new logos in the India Enterprise space – Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail CPG, Telecom etc.
  • Sales managers will work closely with domain and pre-sales teams to identify and close new deals.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions and services.
