Job Opportunity: Regional Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the analysis of key data for allocated regions, including sales figures, personnel performance, productivity ratios, client work status, and receivables.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities and problem areas, develop action plans to achieve key sales figures, and present regular sales reports to stakeholders.
- Lead teams to drive sales target achievement, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely completion of customer work.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams by formulating development plans, meeting training needs, and providing regular feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and key parameters to enhance overall team productivity.
- Implement incentive structures and sales promotion schemes to boost performance.
- Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to inform management strategy.
- Pursue targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities for company products and services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
- Ensure systematic follow-up with clients to drive sales pitch closure within set timelines.
- Verify timely collection of payments in line with company payment terms.
- Maintain adherence to established sales processes and requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
