Administrative Support Specialist for Corporate Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Yashita Electricals Pvt Ltd. As an Office Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel for our team members. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, implementing procedures, and collating expenses.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, take messages, and draft correspondence as needed.
- Organization and Administration: Maintain databases, filing systems, and organize events and conferences.
- Time Management and Reminders: Assist with daily time management and remind team members of important tasks and deadlines.
- Errands and Tasks: Run errands as requested and complete various administrative tasks.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research or complete corporate governance reporting as needed.
- Liaising and Communication: Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Education: Any graduate/degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Language Skills: English (written and verbal), Marathi, and Hindi.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, discretion, and confidentiality, and ability to follow established processes.
The successful candidate will be based in Hadapsar, Pune.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience.
