About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Client Advocate to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client-centric strategies to enhance experience and satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer loyalty.
- Handle client journeys from initial engagement till long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitors.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and recommendations for review.
- Organize client events and activities to strengthen relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and data.
- Stay updated on company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Advocacy within the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in handling client queries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
