Strategic Client Advocate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Client Advocate to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client-centric strategies to enhance experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Handle client journeys from initial engagement till long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitors.
  • Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and recommendations for review.
  • Organize client events and activities to strengthen relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and data.
  • Stay updated on company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Advocacy within the Real Estate industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in handling client queries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
