CRM Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM professional to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Relationship Management Database Management: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation.
    • Execute CRM Campaigns: Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Customer Data Analysis: Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable insights to the business team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
    • Loyalty and Retention Strategies: Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
    • Process Automation: Assist in the automation of CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
