Program Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools.

The role involves planning, executing, and managing events and activities in schools onboarded with us. Key responsibilities include designing and managing student engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth event operations, and preparing presentations and reports for school programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute Strategic Events & Activities:
    • Develop and implement event strategies to engage students and promote our programs.
  • Design and Manage Student Engagement Activities:
    • Create engaging activities that cater to the needs of diverse student groups.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure Smooth Event Operations:
    • Oversee event logistics, vendors, and on-ground staff to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare Presentations and Reports:
    • Develop high-quality presentations and reports to communicate program impact and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong PPT and Presentation Design Skills:
    • Develop visually appealing presentations that effectively convey program information.
  • Hands-on Experience in Event Planning and Operations Management:
    • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage events from start to finish.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks, Stakeholders, and Deadlines:
    • Effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • A Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Problem-Solving Mindset:
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.
