Implementation Coordinator

This role requires a professional with expertise in educational program management,

overseeing the implementation of life skills programs across assigned schools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with content teams to ensure program quality and accuracy.
    • Participate in content creation, review, and signoff processes.
    • Support strategy and planning for various offerings.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversee the execution of Lean Hyphen's Life Skills Programs at assigned schools.
    • Maintain timely milestones and implementation schedules.
    • Ensure successful program delivery by taking decisive actions when necessary.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Presentations and collaboration activities to support business development initiatives.
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback sessions with school staff.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing guidance and support to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among educators.
  • Travel:
    • Will be based out of Hyderabad but required to travel to assigned schools in Telangana and Andhra locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in program management, education, or a relevant field.

Desirable skills include experience in life skills education, working with diverse populations, and knowledge of the Indian education system.
