Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Implementation Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of our life skills programs at schools across India.

About the Role

The Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining implementation timelines and milestones, ensuring successful program delivery, and building strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development:
    • Work closely with our content team to ensure the quality of the program.
    • Day-to-day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and program readiness.
    • Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful program delivery by taking essential decisions and actions.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Conduct classes for students and training programs for teachers.
    • Observe classes conducted by teachers to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for our organization to take further action.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in life skills education or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
