Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks include planning and executing program activities, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between instructors, students, and the administration. The Program Manager will also be tasked with evaluating program effectiveness and making continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience in the education sector, preferably in online or adult education
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program performance and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
