Enhance the overall employee experience across various locations, including schools, colleges, and head office. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing effective onboarding journeys, engagement programs, and transparent communication initiatives.
- Develop a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to ensure smooth cultural assimilation.
- Design and manage engagement programs to boost morale and motivation among employees.
- Provide actionable insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to localize engagement initiatives for different locations.
- Partner with HR leadership to align engagement with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
- Annual engagement calendar tailored for different locations.
- Structured and monitored 30/60/90-day onboarding journey with probation review integration.
- Transparent Slack communication strategy rolled out effectively.
- High-quality employee surveys with actionable insights.
- Regularly updated employee journey dashboards presented to HR and leadership.
- Tangible improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
