Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Support Specialist to provide assistance with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
    • Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  2. HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related communications
    • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination, as needed
  3. Employee Engagement & Events
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, team-building activities, and celebrations that foster a positive work environment
    • Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture that promotes collaboration and inclusivity
    • Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction
