We are seeking a dynamic and personable Relationship Associate to be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students The ideal candidate will manage enquiries support the admissions process and build lasting relationships with families ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with the school Key Responsibilities 1 Parent Prospect Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students Greet guide and inform visitors during school tours and open houses Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians 2 Admissions Support Handle admission enquiries via calls emails and in-person meetings Provide accurate information on programs curriculum fees and policies Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the application process 3 Coordination Collaboration Work closely with academic administration and accounts teams to address parent queries Maintain clear communication between parents and school departments to ensure smooth operations 4 Problem-Solving Conflict Management Address concerns or complaints from parents promptly and professionally Escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary while maintaining positive parent relationships 5 Record-Keeping Reporting Maintain records of enquiries follow-ups and parent interactions Assist in generating reports on admissions trends and parent feedback 6 Communication Relationship Building Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Promote the school s values and programs effectively Act as a brand ambassador of the school in all interactions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 340 40 - 39 389 69 per month Work Location In person
