Job Summary

As a Senior Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the HUB Export sales strategy, including specific strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will ensure the implementation of the HUB marketing and sales strategy in the markets by local sales and Market Management Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual budgets to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the achievement of targets on orders, net price variance, sales cost/expense, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Collaborate with HUB Marketing and Sales Manager and Product Marketing Teams to define key marketing and sales targets.
  • Drive the growth of the top line in each market and find new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement on NPS and the execution of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Implement global standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution.
  • Build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; a master's degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Sales, Electrical Engineering, or Design and/or Project Manager and/or Product Marketing, Sales, and Business development in the assigned sector(s) and preferably associated with transformer businesses.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in connecting technical teams to marketing teams in Demand countries within a given HUB.
  • Intercultural sensitiveness and good communication skills in oral and written.
  • Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel ~50%.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
