Customer Success Engineering Manager

About the Role:
This leadership position requires a strong understanding of customer success principles and technical expertise in software engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience leading customer support teams and contributing to the success of ML-based SaaS product implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of Algonomy's product, including demand forecasting, demand sensing, order recommendations, technical details, data models, functionalities, and features.
- Handling front-office interactions with customers and delivery teams, troubleshooting problems, and working closely with engineering teams.
- Owning SLAs, prioritization, and delegation of work to team members, grooming them for growth opportunities.
- External facing communication, regular status updates of support activities, and owning external communication channels.
- Performing ETL operations, ETL performance tuning, and logging checks from various systems.
Requirements:
- Relevant hands-on experience in supporting client-server applications and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of T-SQL/PL-SQL programming, SQL query writing, and debugging.
- Experience creating database objects, stored procedures, user-defined functions, views, indexes, and dealing with client-server applications.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, log files debugging, and ETL tools like MS – SSIS, Snaplogic, and standard ETL tools.
- Strong skills in handling large volumes of data extraction and loading (500 GB to 5 TB).
- Above-average skills in ETL performance handling and fine-tuning complex queries of analytical databases/warehouses.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, basic Linux commands, and fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience working in a 'Support' structure and real-time 'Support' projects.
