Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and procedures.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Analyze and interpret financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.

    • Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide insights to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
