Description:
  • The Financial Planning & Analysis Expert will play a key role in coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective financial decision-making.
  • This position involves acting as a liaison between stakeholders, facilitating open communication and driving progress on various internal finance-related projects.
  • The Financial Planning & Analysis Expert will be responsible for preparing comprehensive review reports and presentations that distill complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Accurate Minute of Discussion (MoD) preparation and timely follow-up on actionable items are essential aspects of this role.
  • Peer group tracking and analysis, including earnings calls, IR presentations, and analyst call transcripts, are critical skills required for this position.
  • Able to prepare monthly industry trend analysis reports using databases such as IQVIA, the Financial Planning & Analysis Expert will provide strategic insights to support business growth.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining robust Business Performance Tracking systems, including monthly MIS and financial projections.
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) identification and measurement, along with underlying drivers assessment, are crucial responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis Expert.
  • Proactive identification of areas for financial efficiencies and suggesting actionable improvements are essential for optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Active contribution to corporate projects, such as fund-raising initiatives and SAP implementation, leveraging financial expertise is expected.
  • Continuous market monitoring and providing relevant financial context and insights are also key responsibilities.
  • Building intricate financial models to support valuation discussions for various business scenarios is an important aspect of this role.
