Job Title: SAP FICO Manager

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead our team and drive business growth. As a seasoned expert in financial planning and accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and developing strategies to optimize financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Maintain and improve existing financial reporting and analysis tools, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  4. Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
  5. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
