The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization's financial planning, analysis, and control functions.

This role works closely with the Head – Business Finance to ensure effective financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

The position requires strong analytical skills to track key business metrics and provide actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions through accurate financial discipline.

  • Preparation of comprehensive financial statements for management review\
  • Implementation of SAP solutions to enhance financial efficiency\
  • Assistance in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reports to facilitate informed decision-making\
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement\
  • Collaboration with various departments to collect, validate, and consolidate financial data for accurate reporting\
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly closing processes, including variance analysis to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements\
  • Monitoring budget adherence and providing expert insights to business heads to optimize financial outcomes\
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements by implementing robust controls\
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards to enhance performance tracking and analysis\
  • Collaborating with auditors to support audit requirements and ensuring seamless execution of audit processes\

Chartered Accountant (CA) degree or equivalent required. 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
