Financial Planning and Analysis Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst is a vital position responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights into financial results.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial platforms, with the ability to generate and analyze reports. The primary objective is to utilize comprehensive knowledge to improve processes and workflow.

  • Address strategic issues on an ad-hoc basis that are complementary to regular planning and analysis processes.
  • Contribute to quarterly competitor reviews, annotated supplements, and investment reports.
  • Generate flash result highlights for board of directors reports and executive management reports.

This role also involves developing and coordinating processes, such as annual planning and periodic forecasting processes, and reviewing results against plans monthly. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in budget forecasts, CCAR assessments, 3-year strategic plans, and monthly estimate outlook processes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing risk capital estimation, analyzing key management review presentations for regions and products, and executing time-critical activities for client-facing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working with various financial platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrated presentation skills. They will consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
